Scale Score lives at getscalescore.com. Our mailing address is 1501 South Greeley Highway, Suite C 4049, Cheyenne, WY 82007. You can reach us at hello@getscalescore.com.

We collect your email address, your answers to the assessment and quick-score questions, your name, company, and role when you give them, and what you tell us when you book a consult.

We also receive the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), which we keep only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

We use it to run the service you asked for, to send email you opted in to, which you can stop with the link in any message, and to measure whether an ad we paid for led to a visit or a signup. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train models.

Text you submit to be processed by a model is sent to Anthropic to produce the result. It is not linked to your email address in anything shown to other users.

Resend (sends your report and follow-up email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (turns your answers into written recommendations), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each sees only what it needs to do its part. The site is hosted on Vercel.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without cross-site tracking. We set no cookies of our own. Ad platforms may set their own cookies on their own sites when you click an ad; we do not place advertising cookies here.

Billing records for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Everything else for as long as it is needed to provide what you asked for, then deleted within 30 days.

On servers in the United States. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is processed there.

Email hello@getscalescore.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.
